I 'm a heavy sleeper. Whenever I feel tired, I can recover my health with some sleeping. While I was working in school, I usually had a nap in free time. But in this training course we have no time for a nap so I am usually absent-minded and doze. Today I ate lunch later than other tainees. I was so full that I can not be a good listener in Reggie's class. Actually I had 7-8 hours sleep. Everynight I get up at 6 and go to bed aroud 10.

I envy you, for you enjoy your sleep.
I go to bed at 12 p.m., and get up 5-6 a.m. Whenever I go to bed early than usual, I usually get up at 3-4 a.m. It's a nightmare.
I also experienced dozing situation like you. So the best way is to put heavy emphasis on eating lunch regularly and eat lunch as soon as possible.

Do you really feel sleepy? These days I don't sit with you, so I have no idea about how much you are troubles with feeling sleepy.
I don't have enough sleeping time because I feel my English was shrunk by time, I reduced my sleeping time to enlarge time for study. I feel so sleepy in the classes. I'm so sorry about that.

I am similiar to you in sleeping.
I can't sacrifice my sleeping time for the next day. I don't sleep well at night and then I can't focus on the class the next day. I usually go to bed around 11:30 and I try to get up around 6 : 30. Actually I want to get up earlier than that. These days I try, I have to try for the time to self study. Sometines I used to envy the people who have insomnia.

I need about eight hours sleep a night but I will sleep eight and a half if I can. Doctors say that adults need approxiamately eight hours to opoerate with maximum metal and physical strength so I try to never skip sleeping time.

Sound sleeping is a important thing for our good health in our life. So, I also try to do for my sound sleep. But, as you said, we have not enough sleeping time because of your studying. Sometimes when went to home, on weekend, I really made sound sleep and have enough sleeping time.
When it comes to sleep, I had a bad habit which should be broken. I went to bed very late around 1 or 2 am. What do I spend that time doing? Actually, nothing. I just goof around.....^^;;; If I could make it productive and special, it might not matter. So bad as it is like now. Fortunately, I could make some changes in bed time here. I usually go to bed between 11:30 and 12:00 and get up around 6:45 or 7:00. I heard the proper sleeping span is 8-9 hours. I should try to secure more sleeping time^^
